RISM LLC has invested nearly two decades in developing a wide range of expertise in acquiring and managing real estate and small businesses. 

Our company has developed several real estate projects in the Midwest and the Metro DC area.  We are well suited for serving the small to mid range investor. 

We have been involved with developing single family homes, small to mid sized apartment buildings, as well as condo conversions.

We are also a full service brokerage firm.  Thus we can give you professional service in acquiring and selling any type of real estate you may be interested in.

Because are Managing Principal is also an attorney, we can also service all of you legal needs as it relates to your real estate projects and small business.

Managing Principal 

Jamison B. Taylor

Mr. Taylor holds a B.S. in engineering from Northwestern University as well as M.B.A. and law degrees from the University of Chicago. Mr. Taylor's graduate studies focused on finance and real-estate law. Prior to RISM, Mr. Taylor practiced law at the corporate law firm Skadden Arps Slate Meagher & Flom.

Mr. Taylor has been in the real-estate business since 1990 and holds real-estate brokerage licenses and law licenses in New York and Washington, DC.
